That's how you measure yourself
Chest size
Wrap the tape measure horizontally under the armpits and over the fullest part of the chest.
Hip size
Place the tape measure around your hips and measure over the fullest part of your buttocks.
Waist size
Measure your waist size at your natural waist, so between the highest point of your hip bone and your bottom rib.
